土耳其可以用银联卡取欧元和美元么？

1， 楼上大家都说不行，但是前几年我在土耳其的时候，是看见ATM机有取欧元的选项了。我搜了一下Granti Bank的官网，也说了可以取欧元。
2，但是有一个问题要注意，取欧元因为涉及到DCC，用的汇率很有可能很不划算，因此不建议这么做，或者取之前看清楚汇率。
3，土耳其消费有些是欧元计价，不过也都是可以付里拉的。我之前遇到类似情况，店家折算的汇率还是蛮厚道的。

不行，你在境外有银联标志的atm机取当地款，是基于该当地银行与中国银联之间的协定，这个过程是中国银联把你银行卡里的rmb兑换成你取款的当地货币，由该当地银行的atm机发给你。
外国银行没办法接受你的中国银行卡，把你账户里外币作存取业务。
